Additional research interests include gas turbine combustion and mixing problems, gas turbine / steam cycle analysis and cogeneration processes, waste heat recovery and reliability assessment of large electric power systems. Recipient of the Industrial Assessment Center of Excellence Award – Awarded as a special honor which acknowledges exceptional performance measured by energy and dollars saved, and also the effort put forth to promote US DOE energy initiatives, 2007.
